The purpose
Rested is a micro roastery located in North Langley, BC, Canada, Founded by Evan Bouchard and Ethan Johnston.
Rested exists to love God and love His creation through excellence in service, product, and experience.
We work in the specialty coffee space. All coffees sold from Rested are considered specialty. We only purchase direct from farmer, or from trusted and transparent exporters.
Our Roasting philosophy
We desire to bring out the unique terroir and qualities of each coffee we provide in a balanced and clear profile. The majority of our coffees are considered 'light', lean away from sourness, and lean towards clean brightness.
You can expect smooth, clarity-focused coffees across all of our offerings.
