April Rotation: Sidama, Ethiopia

• Produced by Meselech Tubie in Shentawene, who has led the farm since the 1990s, this Grade 1 lot reflects twice sorted cherries, and slow sun-drying on raised beds. The elevation and patient processing give this coffee its delicate and complex feel. In the cup this translates to Jasmine, fresh cucumber, and delicious black tea. A fresh, deep, and thoughtful coffee.
