From Villa Rica, San Crispin is a 4th generation family farm with coffee fields spanning 160 hectares. Using 100% shade-grown farming methods under the natural canopy San Crispin is able to cultivate coffee with a strict balance of moisture and consistency in the ecosystem. Fermented in GrainPro tanks and dried on controlled shade beds, this 72hr anaerobic honey is crisp and clean.
