Designed and prototyped in Vancouver over four years, the Yeoyu Dripper is built to bring out bright, floral cup profiles with clarity. Made from double-walled, air-tight 304 stainless steel for excellent heat retention and brewing consistency.
The dripper is compatible with Kalita Wave 185, SIBARIST flat, April, and Origami Wave filters.
Recommended brew recipe for our coffees:
1:16.6 - 18g/300ml
Grind 650-700 microns (~5.8 fellow ode g2, ~80 df54, ~75 df64)
50g bloom
175g 0:30-0:50s (~6g/s, high agitation)
300g 1:10-1:30s
