This release comes from smallholder farms in the Andes mountains of the Lambayeque region, under the unified vision of the APROMAYO collective. Nicknamed Warmi Kañari (Women of Kañaris), because of the  37 Quechua-speaking women who exclusively produced this lot, it is cultivated with the desire to produce high-quality organic coffee while maintaining a strong cultural identity and tight community.
