Hambella Station G1 | Ethiopia

Sitting nearly above the clouds at 2100m+ this lot comes from one of the highest coffee-growing communities on Earth. The slow maturation of the cherry at this elevation concentrates sugars, creating deep fruits and florals in the cup. Hand gathered from 'coffee gardens' averaging 1-1.5 hectares, and sorted and milled at the local station, the whole community put it's heart into your cup, and we did too :)
