From the south west of Colombia, sourced by Cafe Colsuaves- an exporter based in Pereira -this coffee is a collection of small family-run farms, processed in mills in Popayan. Grown at 1700m in the mountains of Cauca, this coffee is developed on the volcanic soils of the area, contributing to the clarity and cleanliness of the cup. Primarily consisting of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, this coffee is full of fresh pomelo, green grapes, and cardamom.
